Continuation of the Program to Provide Humanitarian and Charitable Assistance to Medical Institutions in Ukraine

The Assembly of the World Diasporas provides ongoing humanitarian assistance to medical institutions across Ukraine — a hands-on programme that has already prepared its tenth 40-foot container of medical equipment, devices and medical-hygienic supplies for shipment.

Driven by businessmen, volunteers and community activists from the diasporas of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Illinois, the effort delivers real, tangible support where it is needed most — helping hospitals treat the wounded and care for patients during the war.

What We Deliver

• Mechanical and electrically operated hospital beds and mattresses
• Wheelchairs and patient service tables
• Special whirlpools with hydraulic lifts for patients
• Medical devices, equipment and medical-hygienic supplies

• Kyiv Neurological Institute — treating seriously wounded soldiers with musculoskeletal injuries.
• Ternopil Regional Clinical Hospital — Department of Cardiac Surgery.
• Rehabilitation Medical Center, Kyiv — supporting recovery and rehabilitation care.
• City of Zalishchyki — Ternopil region — community medical support.

How We Work

Each shipment is organized by a network of businessmen, volunteers and activists from different communities and diasporas across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Illinois, who source, fund and coordinate the delivery of 40-foot containers directly to partner institutions in Ukraine.

The programme is continuous: as one container is delivered, the next is already being prepared — sustaining a steady flow of aid to hospitals and rehabilitation centers.
