Strategic cooperation & partnership framework
How we work with businesses, investors and institutions to open opportunities — while advancing the humanitarian mission of the Assembly worldwide.
The Assembly of the World Diasporas, established in 2014 and operating as a United States nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3), unites leaders of ethnic communities, diasporas, cultural institutions, humanitarian organizations, business groups, and international diaspora networks across multiple countries.
Over many years, our organization has developed strong and trusted relationships with business leaders, investors, governmental representatives, public institutions, community organizations, and influential international networks both in the United States and abroad.
Through these longstanding relationships and strategic international connections, we are prepared to provide support in facilitating business-development opportunities, strategic introductions, cross-border cooperation, institutional access, and expansion into new markets and partnerships.
As part of this process, our organization dedicates substantial time, organizational resources, relationship capital, coordination efforts, and international networking capabilities in support of our partners and their objectives.
Support contributions
Accordingly, organizations and individuals benefiting from our direct involvement and support are expected to contribute to the humanitarian and operational mission of the Assembly of the World Diasporas throughout the active period of cooperation.
Support contributions may be made through our official donation platform and are expected to begin at no less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) per month during the period of active engagement and collaboration.
These contributions support:
- Humanitarian initiatives.
- Cultural and educational programs.
- International community outreach.
- Operational and coordination activities.
- The continued development of strategic international relationships and institutional networks utilized for the benefit of our partners.
Recognition toward future participation
Importantly, all support contributions made during the cooperation period shall be recognized and credited toward any future financial participation, consulting arrangement, strategic-partnership compensation, or success-based agreement resulting from business opportunities, investments, transactions, or commercial ventures successfully completed through the direct involvement, facilitation, introductions, or networking efforts of the Assembly of the World Diasporas.
As a general framework, our organization typically expects participation beginning at approximately ten percent (10%) of the value of successfully completed opportunities developed through our network and strategic involvement, with all terms remaining subject to mutual discussion and agreement depending on the structure and scale of the project.
Our objective
Our objective is to establish long-term, trustworthy and mutually beneficial relationships that create value for all parties while simultaneously supporting the humanitarian and nonprofit mission of our organization worldwide.
We look forward to productive and successful cooperation.
